Sharon Osbourne has returned home after recovering from Covid-19.
The 68-year-old star had been self isolating after testing positive for the respiratory illness earlier this month, and she was delighted to be back with her family in time for Christmas.
Sharing a candid photo of husband Ozzy Osbourne wearing a mask on the sofa alongside five puppies, she wrote: “Got the ok to go home after two negative test results and look at the joy waiting for me!
“So grateful to be home for the holidays and thank you all so much for your love and support…
“Stay safe and wishing you the happiest of holidays”.
Her comments come almost 10 days after she revealed she had tested positive for coronavirus, and was recuperating away from her husband.
She tweeted: “I wanted to share I’ve tested positive for Covid 19. After a brief hospitalization, I’m now recuperating at a location away from Ozzy (who has tested negative) while The Talk is on scheduled hiatus. Everyone please stay safe and healthy. (sic)”
Last week, Sharon’s fellow ‘The Talk’ host Carrie Ann Inaba tested positive for coronavirus.
She wrote: “Hey Everyone, I have tested positive for COVID 19. I’m home with some symptoms and will be sequestering as per the CDC guidelines, resting and taking care of myself. (Swipe to hear the whole video).
“I have been in a very safe environment following all the guidelines and safety protocols and it still found it’s way to me. So, this is a friendly reminder to be extra careful this holiday season.“Wear your masks, socially and physically keep your distance, and wash your hands. Take care everyone. And I’ll keep you updated on my journey. (sic)”
n a series of videos she ran through her symptoms, which included “a fever, a bad cough, and lots of aches and pains”.
She said in one clip: “I have a fever, a bad cough, and lots of aches and pains. I just wanted to remind you all to stay vigilant because I am following all the protocols and we have so many strict protocols in place and even then I caught it. Just be extra extra careful, ok? Because you don’t want this.”
As a result, Carrie Ann missed the final week of recordings of the show, which is now on hiatus for the festive period.

Variety has apologized for using “insensitive language” about Carey Mulligan in its review of her new film “Promising Young Woman.” “Variety sincerely apologizes to Carey Mulligan and regrets the insensitive language and insinuation in our review of ‘Promising Young Woman’ that minimized her daring performance,” the Hollywood trade said in a statement Thursday morning. Mulligan had called out Variety’s review of her movie in a New York Times…
“Zoey’s Extraordinary Playlist” lead Jane Levy appeared on “Entertainment Tonight: Canada” Wednesday to promote the upcoming second season of the musical comedy series. And while they got Levy’s name right on-air, “ET Canada” bungled it in the Twitter post promoting her interview. “@SarahLevy_ @SkylarAstin and @TheAlexNewell open up about season 2 of #ZoeysExtraordinaryPlaylist,” the tweet read. Levy quickly replied, “LOL it’s ‘Jane’ not Sarah.”…
