ICYMI: The Singapore Army is celebrating 55 years with #OurArmyFamilyRun, a goal to complete a collective 55,000km.
NSmen and their families have been pledging to track their runs using GPS-based apps on their smartphone or smart watches and submit their results.
There’s still time to join in on the action. You’ll have until 13 Dec to register here. And it doesn’t even have to be a crazy amount, you just have to contribute a minimum of 5.5km.
In the meantime, check out some of the fellow Singaporeans who have joined in on the challenge. You can round up a couple of your army kakis and go for a trek run around our island’s hiking trails.
Why not make it a father and son affair, where you get to exercise together and spend some quality time with the family as well.
If you’re a young parent, you can get the kiddos involved where they can check out the virtual exhibition to learn about the history of the Singapore Army.
Or, participate in the family run through #Army55RunShareWin for a chance to win kids-sized Tees and Iron-on Patches. While stocks last!hello@wonderwall.sg.
